For the past four years, I have been working on non-fiction films among the practice of home schooling in China, veterans in Taiwan, and disable people who are devoted in sports. My work on these films inspired me to think about the different approaches to storytelling. I enjoyed the journey when I started the shooting with each character.
For the next three years in Documentary film program at Wake Forest University, I will continue to work on my film on home schooling and seek out every opportunity that allows me to find my voice as a storyteller.
