I enjoy making people, brands and events famous. I work in communication, predominantly in professional cycling, ensuring clients receive exposure to their sponsorship.

This entails approaching press for interviews, PR placements and social media management.

My background is in radio and television having worked for several national brands since 2000.

I also have a personal blog where I write in order to train my brain to keep looking for opportunities.

I am a cyclist and runner and lead a fitness and healthy lifestyle after recovering from two years of treatment for Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
