My name is Katherine Hope and I am a single mom of three children, two boys and a girl. I was married for 17 years and officially became a single mom in 2008. The first year was the toughest for my children and me, but with strength from God, support of my family, friends, and my church family, I was able to take my life back. I was able to show my children that no matter what storms come our way, we can weather them. When I became a single mom, I worried about being able to take care of three children on my own, setting a good example for them, making the right decisions when it came to discipline and most of all being able to provide for them. With faith, ambition, and strength, I have been able to accomplish all and more.
