Yacine has over 19 years of comprehensive experience in the manufacturing, aerospace, defence, high technology, IT, government and educational sectors. He holds a Master in Business from Cranfield University and PhD in Physics from the University of Sussex. Yacine is currently the Senior Partner working at Fulcrum Consulting. He has expertise in Strategy Execution, Lean and Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Performance Management and SAP ERP. He is fluent in Arabic and French and enjoys traveling, reading and sports.
