YacoubSidya earned his Business Management degree from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Transitioning to work life,Mr. Sidya amassed valuable experience working at a local sports complex,

climbing the corporate ladder over time from every level right up to CEO.

In 2005 YacoubSidyafounded MSS, growing it from a small company with 40 local employees into the 2,500 strong, market leading, multi-national security company
