With a decade of experience in civil engineering across Nepal, India, and the United States, I recently earned my Master’s Degree in Real Estate (MSIRE) from Florida International University (FIU), USA. This has equipped me with expertise in Real Estate Investment, Real Estate Acquisitions, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Valuation, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Market Analysis, Real Estate Financial Modeling, Asset Management, and Corporate Real Estate strategies etc.
