Toua Yang studied at Brown College in Mendota Heights for a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication where he been awarded “Best of Show” for his portfolio. Afterwards, during his undergraduate studies, he founded many organizations including Beyond the Rev and started his own freelance business that focus on Design, Photography, and Multi-media works. Simultaneously becoming a visual communication and equipment technician consultant.

Yang also went on to work at Vomela a Printing company, months before he graduated. He became apart of a newly developed design team. On the team, he display many technical skills and to take advantage of this. The company created a hybrid position tailors for Yang’s skill set. Making him the first Hybrid designer and pre-press operator for the company. On some occasions, the company had asked Yang for his photography and multimedia abilities to be used.

Yang ambition is far from done. He has persuaded a higher education at Full Sail University for a Master of Fine Art Degree in New Media Journalism. Where he has learned more valuable skills that boosted his organization as well as his publication PlusToua, which focus on The Hmong community and The Automotive world.

As busy as he is, on a nice day Yang enjoy roaming around the city and country roads on his motorcycle. If riding was not enough, you can catch him fueling up with Monster energy drink, and shaving tires off on a racetrack. Proudly living up to the philosophy of, Work HARD! Play HARD!
