Our story begins with Narendra, who grew up in the Himalayan foothills and moved to Germany in 1999. Inspired by the traditional Chhurpi cheese his community had made for generations, Narendra saw an opportunity to bring this natural, protein-rich chew to dogs worldwide. He built a state-of-the-art EU-certified production facility in Germany and a dedicated manufacturing plant in Nepal blending traditional craftsmanship with modern food safety standards.

Today, Yak & Paws produces over 450 tons of premium Himalayan yak cheese dog chews every month, processing 380,000 litres of milk daily across our two facilities. Our chews are non-GMO, free from artificial additives, and meet strict European quality certifications making them some of the safest and most nutritious natural dog chews available.
