Yang Yang

My name is Yang Yang and I am a senior finance major student at Whitman School of Management of Syracuse University.

My professional interests are trading, financial analysis, risk management, and portfolio management. With strong academic background in finance, mathematics, and economics, I am capable of conducting works such as investment modeling, risk measurement, portfolio summary, and consulting, on both qualitative and quantitative grounds.

I have earned an internship at the world’s second largest sovereign wealth fund: China Investment Corporation. I worked at both the Human Resources Department and Tactical Investment Department to develop professional skills in both administration and financial areas. With great finance expertise and interpersonal skills, I successfully finished my tasks individually as well as in teams. In addition,I learned many things from the senior employees, and the most important thing I learned was to conduct business in ethical manners.

I am enthusiastic about anything related to finance, and I am currently applying for graduate programs of Master of Science in Finance. Meanwhile, I am also seeking for a full-time position at a world class financial institution in the U.S.
