I first work as Service Desk agent delegated to companies or governemental institutions. Next, I became Customer Care specialist for a Web Marlketing and Mobile Apps agency.

Now I'm looking for a job in customer account management, community management, web marketing or second level troubleshooting.

My hobbies was horse carriage driving, role playing and board games. I'm realy active in clubs or associations and participating in numerous event organization.
