Yannick Dillen
Lecturer and researcher in Antwerpen, Belgium
Hi, I’m Yannick. I was born in 1988, now living in Antwerp. Not so far from Kasterlee where I was raised.
Interested in economy, businesses and financial markets since I was 14.
Interested in sports since... forever. Snooker (my maximum break is an embarrassing 27), cycling (road bike > mountain bike), tennis (Andre Agassi fan since Atlanta 1996), athletics (retired marathon runner, my back could not handle it anymore) and football (my own 'career' ended when I was ... 9). RSC Anderlecht disciple since the day my father took me there: March 19, 1994. Proud fan of Allemaal Samen Verbroedering Geel.
Currently, I am a Professor in Entrepreneurship at Vlerick Business School and Visiting Professor at UGEnt, UHasselt and UNamur.
I like teaching, analyzing business models, talking to entrepreneurs, cycling and groundhopping (visiting old football stadiums).
I would probably not be a good entrepreneur myself, but I like to advise business owners with a helicopter view on entrepreneurship and management.
