It's a sign I may have been successful in what I was attempting to do: to jar you out of what i have judged to be automatic, conditioned patterns of thinking that you have been made prisoner to. Comfort is the enemy of truth. Discomfort is the precursor to growth. It's up to you as to what to do next.
I am a Digital Marketer, Pianist, and Information Systems professional. I sell expensive consulting services to powerful organizations for a living, and I do it very well. I know what i am talking about when i discuss any of these things. I know firsthand how capital operates, how oligarchs think, and how they work very hard to keep you stupid and poor.
I tweet about social justice from a communalist perspective. I tweet about religion and theology from a syncretic, mysticism-positive, hierarchy-negative perspective.
My own personal ideology can be described as liberationist first and foremost, grounded in the metaphysics of Adi Shankara and colored by the work of "Three Initiates," Peter Carroll, and Jiddu Krishnamurthi, with the pragmatics and economics of Murray Bookchin.
Some non-negotiables:
- Saul of Tarsus was a Roman psyop. Your Bible is broken. When killing Christians didnt work, he rewrote their doctrine to make them docile and afraid of their bodies.
- The liberation of the human being begins with the rejection of the primacy of the individual. Our telos is to work as a single organism for the betterment of all.
- The world is a stage. But is real while we play upon it, and therefore should be treated as real while we play
- an inspired text does not survive translation into another language as an inspired text
- if the DNC cared about you, we wouldnt be here
- if democrats weren't imperialists, we wouldnt be murdering children with drones every day
- if you have anything but a negative view of capitalism, you are either an exploiter or ignorant to your own exploitation
- to try to reduce or attack the humanity of another is to entirely forfeit your own
- a society that does not prioritize the eradication of hunger and houselessness above all other goals is a society in which justice cannot exist
