Yao Bonaventure Tuadi is a Ghanaian born film maker, who is offering BFA in film Directing in the prestigious National Film and Television Institute.

Bonaventure found his passion for film on the streets after secondary school, when he was actually contemplating on his career. Since he found the passion and is living it all by himself, he made his first short film, KHADIJAT, a 30 minutes’ short film, in his first year in film school which caught the attention of the entire institute. He actually inculcated in that film what is expected of a final year student.

he embarked on a short titled KLENAM which got him nominated for FICMEC international film festival. As passionate as Bonaventure is when it comes to his films, he pulled through this production with a lot of challenges.

Aside school productions, Bonaventure has been contracted to produce and direct a television series for one of Ghana’s best television network, TV3.

He has also trained and worked as an assistant director, under KOFAS MEDIA, another fast growing production company in Ghana that have broken the movie box office with KALYBOS IN CHINA and AMAKYE and DEDE movies.

Yao Bonaventure last worked with FARMHOUSE PRDUCTIONS, a prestigious film production owned by Ghana’s renowned film and television director, IVAN QUASHIGAH, who has broken television waves with THINGS WE DO FOR LOVE, FORTUNE ISLAND, YOLO and now, HOUSE OF GOD (will be showing on DSTV in the second quarter of the year). Currently with Farmhouse Productions, he works on contract, when he is called upon.

Bonaventure has built a very interesting reputation for himself since he joined FARMHOUSE PRODUCTION on YOLO season 3.

Currently YAO BONAVENTURE is a TELEVISION PRODUCER/DIRECTOR at CITI TELEVISION, owned by the renowned SAMUEL ATTAH-MENSAH, CEO and MANAGING DIRECTOR of CITI 97.3fmin ACCRA GHANA, since FEBRUARY, 2018.

YAO BONAVENTURE is looking forward to explore on his career during his stay at CITI TV till time is due to move on in the film and television business

Aside being trained as a film Director, Bonaventure is skilled and has worked in fields like EDITING, CAMERA PERSON and CONTINUITY PERSON to cater for himself through school. He is also not bent on only fiction directing but as a DOCUMENTARY FILMAKER and a TELEVISION PRODUCER.
