I currently serve as COO of a digital asset family office, overseeing institutional custody operations, enterprise risk management, and AI-augmented workflows. My work sits at the intersection of operational security, data-driven decision-making, and cross-border deal execution — where process discipline and clear thinking are the differentiators that matter.

Operations & Risk Management
I design and implement end-to-end operational frameworks for digital asset environments — spanning treasury management, custody architecture, compliance workflows, and incident response. I apply structured risk methodologies, including threat modeling, control design, and tabletop exercises, to environments where asset security and regulatory exposure are both at stake. My OpSec practice is built on the assumption that every system can be compromised; the goal is to detect early, contain fast, and recover clean.

AI & Data Analysis
I deploy LLM-based automation pipelines, structured data workflows, and AI-assisted tooling to reduce manual overhead, surface portfolio and operational insights, and compress reporting cycles. I treat AI ops not as a replacement for judgment, but as a force multiplier — giving operators better information, faster, so decisions are grounded in signal rather than noise.

Deal Flow & APAC Markets
I structure and close cross-border transactions across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, and North America — spanning family office capital, digital asset ventures, and alternative investment mandates. I'm fluent in the deal dynamics, counterparty expectations, and regulatory nuances of institutional APAC-facing transactions.
