A growing international development practitioner, entrepreneur and life coach. Yao Selorm is currently studying Political Science at the University of Ghana. He is on a mission to ensure that people live the best of their lives to achieve self - fulfilment.

Some of the projects he is involved in include:

a. Founder - Farms4Development, an agribusiness start up that is into promotion of socio-economic development in selected communities in Ghana.

b. Leader - CODE NATION 1957 popularly known as CODE57, a youth empowerment movement that is focused on creation of opportunities to the youth to make them live the best of lives.

c. Leading Member - GoldSzn, start up that offers financial literacy skills to people with a huge focus on personal savings to fuel a goal of theirs.

d. Operational Head - Nkosuo Initiative Foundation, a social enterprise that is focused on community development through entrepreneurship and empowerment.

Yao Selorm is passionate about young people with ideas to create positive changes for themselves and the society. He loves to go all the extra mile to support them in making their ideas come to fruition. He thrives in an environment of ideas to better the lives of people (individual or society).

Yao Selorm coaches people through his ForMyBrothers & ForMySisters initiative where he engages people to understand their issue(s), guides them to overcoming them and helping them on a path to live their best life.

Yao Selorm gets inspired and motivated by everything you can literally think about. He is blessed with a perspective that allows him to see angles of issues/things that people do not recognize. He finds that humbling as he uses it to help people.

If you get the chance to be with him for long, you will definitely hear his mantra "Anything Is Possible". He strongly believes everyone can make it in life if they find themselves in the right environment. The right environment according to him is "Your faith in God, the people around you, the things you see and read". He is a living testimony.
