My passion is creating safe spaces for care, collaboration, and creativity.

Currently, I am the Conflict Manager Program Coordinator at two middle schools in Oakland. My role is to help cultivate a caring community by training and coaching youth mediators. In addition to this role, I am collaborating to design a program to grow a holistic restorative school community.

I also volunteer with the SEEDS Community Resolution Center Restorative Practices Group. Together, we support our local communities in a variety of ways. My focus is to help with program development. I am also a volunteer mediator and circle keeper.

I am an alumnus of the UC Berkeley Department of Peace and Conflict Studies. Areas of special interest to me include conflict analysis, human rights, group dynamics, restorative justice, and methods of conflict transformation through dialogue such as Bohmian Dialogue, Democratic Education, Mediation, Facilitation, and Circle Process.
