Yaron Ilan

Professor Yaron Ilan is the Director of the Department of Medicine at the Hebrew University-Hadassah Medical Center.

Prof. Ilan is a graduate of the Hebrew University-Hadassah School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at the Hadassah University Medical Center. His post-graduate training was acquired at the Liver Research Center of Yeshiva University’s Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Mount Sinai Medical Center in NYC. Between 2002 to 2009 Prof. Yaron Ilan served as the Vice Dean of the Hebrew University-Hadassah Medical School. He was a visiting professor at Harvard University Institute of Medicine. Prof. Ilan was the head of the Strategic Development committee of Hadassah Medical Center. Between 2005-2008 he served as the President of the Israel Liver Association.
