A graduate of Rutgers University where she earned an MBA, Yasemin Dalgali spent time at Ecole Superieure de Commerce et Management (ESCEM), a leading business school in France, as an exchange student during her studies. Since her graduation, Yasemin Dalgali has continued her affiliation with Rutgers University, serving as an MBA consultant and helping the New Jersey government save almost $1 million annually by producing cooperative strategies and recommending implementation options.

Away from Rutgers, Yasemin Dalgali is a seasoned business executive with a particular focus on the healthcare sector. Leveraging both domestic and international expertise, she has previously worked with United Health Care as a quality and affordability consultant, during which time she identified leading clinical cost drivers, thus making healthcare more cost-effective for consumers. She also established a clear communications strategy across all viable national healthcare programs, helping the South Florida Health Plan achieve $60 million in savings in the process.

Beyond her work, Ms. Dalgali enjoys hiking and tennis and maintains volunteering for organizations to help children in need of both financial and psychological assistance.
