Hey, I’m Yashas. I’m a consultant living in Hyderabad, India. I am a fan of photography, travel, and music. I’m also interested in video games and reading.

I was born in New Delhi and have grown up in Mumbai for a major part of my life. I've done Civil Engineering from VJTI Mumbai and have worked at a green energy firm post that. I've completed my PGDM from MDI Gurgaon and a Masters in Management double degree from ESCP Paris.

I like trying out new things and so I've started with blogs and writing in general. I'm learning french, trying to get in shape and make time for things apart from work and TV. (Not being very successful in the last one so far)

My reading list has no defined categories and ranges from historical books like the Century trilogy by Ken Follet, to non fictional books like Freakonomics. I particularly enjoy reading novels with aspects of religion and mythology. (Yes the Shiva trilogy was nice, but I also include others like Ashwin and Rick Riordan)

I've always ready to talk about books, TV shows, video games, movies, go for photowalks and road trips and I love game nights!
