Yashasvi Diptivilasa

Creative thinking has been the recurring theme of my career so far at Calance. This proclivity to innovate has led me to become one of the youngest employees at Calance to transition into a managerial role. Seizing this opportunity, I conceptualized and am leading both the technology and marketing teams of Mobuyler, one of Calance's first forays into a consumer facing market. I have also led teams on critical projects for clients such as the UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India), the NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) and Microsoft. I also developed an application for women safety called Re.S.P.E.C.T (Response System for Prevention of Emergencies, Crimes and Threats). During undergraduation, I co-founded Youth For A Cause, a not-for-profit student organization that aims to spread awareness on social and environmental issues. Youth For A Cause has collaborated with brands such as Globus, the World Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF) and Mozartsy and has plans to expand. I also started, and am the lead guitarist for Mutilation, a progressive rock band based out of New Delhi. Mutilation was invited to play at the Closing Ceremony of the Commonwealth Games held in Delhi in 2010.
