Yash Sanghvi

Introduction:

Yash Sanghvi, born on 28th January, 1991, is a young entrepreneur who started his own company, named “For Your Assistance (FYA)” at the age of 21 and has never looked back ever since. Today he is the Chairman & Managing Director of the FYA Group, which encompasses 11 ventures and has many more in the works.

Career:

Before going off to Durham University to pursue his masters, Yash was running an event company by the name of Events Alive. He initially was against the idea of going to the UK for furthers studies as he thought his ambiton required to him to keep working and grow instead of studying. But come September 2011, Yash shut down Events Alive and left to pursue his masters.

Only three months into the course Yash received a lucrative two year contract offer from Standrad Life, which included him working in four countries in departments of his choice. He rejected offer in a blink of an eye and only then told anyone that he had even received the offer.

He started started planning for his next venture while studying in Durham itself. He used the easter of 2012 to finish hiring and registering his company. Convincing the university to let him finish is dissertation from India, Yash came back on 13th June 2012 and on 15th June 2012 FYA was started.

In a short span on one year FYA has developed into a successful Social Media Marketing Company. FYA, from being a singular company has turned in to the FYA Group and now has a total of 11 projects under it. There is also the “Finding Your Niche”, where Yash Sanghvi will be sharing his inspiration with college students to mentor them so that they can achieve and realise their dreams. This will include consulting for those with start-up plans and guiding them on the path towards their dreams.
