Hey there, I’m Yasmeen, founder and CEO of 4IR Company Secretary - a new generation company secretary dedicated to helping entrepreneurs build credible businesses.

4IR was established in response to a need for entrepreneurs to be sufficiently supported at the critical stage of their business. Research has shown that 20% of businesses fail within the first 2 years of establishment. In South Africa almost 80% rarely make it beyond 5 years - there is a need for entrepreneurs to have access to quality services at affordable rates and until cash flows facilitate additional employees. 4IR Company Secretary exercises, amongst others, strategic oversight and management over key functions such as finance, governance, risk, compliance, HR, etc allowing business owners to focus on growing their business with peace of mind that these functions are operating as they should and in compliance with laws and legislation.
