Hello my name's Yassine, I'm a back-end software engineer.

During my professional work experience, I gained modest knowledge and enhanced my problem-solving skills, which allows me to tackle problems of different levels of difficulty with a mindset of understanding deeply the core of a problem before looking for a solution. I then proceed either individually or within a team to prototype and develop a solution that responds appropriately to the problem. When it comes to coding skills, I am always ready to write code that respects the internal conventions of a company, understandable and efficient by following best practices such as Design Patterns, "Don't Repeat Yourself" and "Keep It Simple, Stupid" approaches.

Regarding my skillset, I am mainly specialized in the Java ecosystem, while being open to other programming languages such as Scala, Kotlin, etc. Since I am shifting from a highly specialized mindset to a more generalist one, I have recently started adopting new technologies evolving around DevOps and Cloud into my skillset, such as AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.

Currently, I am ready to start a new chapter and expand my horizons. Let's discuss and start this journey together!
