DATA SCIENTIST | AI & MACHINE LEARNING EGNINEER | RESEARCHER

As a Data Scientist at General Motors (GM), I'm dedicated to fulfilling the company's mission of creating a world with zero crashes, zero emissions, and zero congestion. My focus is on developing data-driven products and solving real-world problems using GM's connected vehicles and electric vehicles.

My work involves building AIML predictive models, geospatial and statistical models, and visualization through GM connected vehilces telemetry data. My technology stack includes Python, SQL, and Spark. Prior to GM, I worked for engineering, telecom, and marketing companies such as Giffels-Webster Engineers, AT&T, Imperial Marketing, and HP.

My technical background is extensive, covering data science, AI, machine learning for big data, geospatial data science, and software engineering. I'm experienced in using open source data science toolsets and libraries such as Jupyter Notebook, Python Scikit-learn, Pandas, GeoPandas, and Apache Spark, GeoSpark as well as commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) technologies such as ESRI ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise.

I'm a lifelong learner with a PhD in Technology from Eastern Michigan University, an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Detroit Mercy, and an MSc in Transportation Engineering from Wayne State University. I also hold certificates in Fundamental Data Science from Stanford University, Transportation Network and Smart Mobility from MIT, and Software Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. I've published several papers, filed one patent, and presented at numerous academic and professional conferences.

I'm always eager to hear from former colleagues, managers, and anyone with a creative mind, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you'd like to connect.
