Always amazed by the potential each person has and I enjoy coaching them.

Leading a sales team since 6y at Oracle. I could say working with the Elite in the sales business is what it feels like at Oracle. I’ve moved with my family in many places of the world :

• Worked for 10y in Lyon, France setting up business units in IT integrators

• Joined Oracle in Dublin in 2005, Ireland where I built up the Inside Sales CRM On Demand business for Europe during 5y

• Moved across the ocean to Boston, USA to drive an outstanding team of sales people selling technology product for the North East of the US.

Outside of that I help my wife raising our 3 boys. And to stay fit I run Half Marathons. Current perf 6’23 per mile, targeting under 6’/mile by October 2011.
