Bay Area resident Yat-Pang Au is a real estate investment professional and an active community member working toward the revitalization of neighborhoods and the transformation of the city’s housing stock. As a board member for both SPUR San Francisco and the Coalition for Better Housing, he works to solve the problems facing the city and to produce more ecofriendly housing. Yat-Pang Au also works to increase investment in the city through his role as a board member of ChinaSF, an organization dedicated to helping both San Francisco-based businesses in China and Chinese businesses in San Francisco.

In his professional life, Yat-Pang Au has served as the CEO of Veritas Investments since its founding in 2007. Over the last nine years, he has attracted and secured capital funding from institutional and private investors and has built Veritas into a leading real estate investment firm in San Francisco. The company has over $1 billion assets under management representing thousands of residential units throughout the city. Prior to his current position, Mr. Au served as CEO of AEC Alarms.
