I have been working on a new startup, "Creating a marketplace for human contents that can be sold over the telephone", since 2015. I have managed global teams operating in 3 different countries and led service values and strategies for customers.

Building innovative technology products with a clear vision and real-world impact is what gets me out of bed in the morning. Helping to create the right team, environment and culture to achieve that success is a big part of excitement and success in that journey, not to mention creative solutions for having customers who pay us!

I believe success comes from far more than just a cool product, and thus I am interested not only in shaping requirements, backlogs, and roadmaps but also in shaping a team and company culture that everyone lives and breathes in every day.

In short, my expertise and interest are web technologies, new product (service) creation, team building, business strategy (management) as well as company spirit and culture. An individual’s characteristics, styles, and growth are valuable and meaningful to me rather than just work.
