I didn’t come up through the usual marketing path. I spent a big chunk of my career on the ops and numbers side of things, analyzing data, streamlining workflows, and turning messy situations into something usable. Somewhere along the way, I realized those same skills work really well in marketing too.

For the past 10 years, I’ve been marketing info products to the US market. A lot of testing, plenty of mistakes, and learning the difference between what actually works and what just sounds good on Twitter. These days, I’m taking what I’ve learned and applying it to the Singapore market, which is a very different game.

I enjoy problem solving, number crunching, and building practical solutions that make sense in the real world, whether that’s in marketing, systems, or decision making.
