I’m Yen Lam, a master’s level healthcare administration professional with 10 years’ background in organizational and managerial functions. I am seeking meaningful opportunities to use my skills and passion for health and customer service to support and enhance the administrative operations within a dynamic healthcare organization. With significant management experience and a knack for problem solving, I anticipate a role leading a key facet of service operations, to move the organization’s operation and mission forward.
