Hello! My name is Yeraldine but many people on the Internet know me as Yerita. I graduated in Computer Science at the University of Carabobo, Venezuela.

Since 2013, I have worked as a system analyst on projects using JavaScript, PHP, and Java. I entered the Salesforce ecosystem in 2018, and currently, I am a Marketing Cloud Architect. My main goal is to help companies use the Salesforce Marketing Cloud to optimize and automate their marketing processes.

I have worked as a Technical Leader for companies in a variety of sectors on projects utilizing traditional or agile methodologies. I am detail-oriented and strive to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions while adhering to best Salesforce practices. I have led Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations from the initial planning stages through the client teams' adoption of the tool. I have a lot of expertise with Marketing Cloud to plan IP warm-up and enhance email marketing deliverability.
