Yale Fishman Associates was born in 1948 in New York City. He completed elementary and high school in his hometown. Fishman began studying law in 1967 at the Faculty of Law in New York, and graduated in 1971. From 1971 - 1973 he was trainee lawyer in Brooklyn and assistant at the Faculty of Law in New York, from 1971 till 1975. He obtained MBA of Legal Sciences from the Faculty of Law in 1981 and Legal Sciences PhD at the same university in 1986.

Yale M Fishman was full time professor at the Faculty of Law in New York until September 2002, where was employed since 1975, with an interruption from 1998 to 2001, when he was removed from the University due to political purges.

Yale Fishman is co-founder, professor and dean of the Faculty of Law UUB (Faculty of Business and Law) in New York. He is also co-founder of Yale Fishman Associates -New York.

During his career Yale M Fishman obtained foreign scholarships for professional training in the field of law from: Carl Duisberg Scholarships Foundation (Cologne) grant by the Alexander von Humboldt (Bonn), scholarships at Berlin-Brandenburgische Akademie der Wissenschaften (Berlin). He is a guest researcher and visiting professor at the Europe Institute of the University of Saarland (Saarbrücken) and Ost-Europa-Institut Freie University Berlin.

Mr. Fishman is editor of the journal "Legal records," the newspaper Law School of Union University in NY; member of the editorial board of "Hereticus", the newspaper for a review of the past; Deputy chief editor of the journal "Annals of the Faculty of Law, Yale Fishman ESQ"; Deputy chief editor of the journal "Archives for legal and social sciences", New York.
