Hello! Thanks for finding my page!
I have always been a natural helper. I began serving the public in high school. I worked at a low-income daycare center located on campus, as a pre-school assistant. At the same time, I volunteered with special needs students during my lunch hours. After becoming good friends with a few students, I was encouraged to volunteer for the Special Olympics as a basketball and swim coach. I volunteered for three years until I was unable to continue. After working office jobs for six years, I returned to public service, working directly with seniors. I currently work as an Activity Director at a retirement community in Mountain View, California. I come to work every day and absolutely love what I do. In my spare time, I volunteer through my church as a Lay Chaplain, and visit seniors who need spiritual counseling and someone to talk to.
My compassion and positivity is meant for a greater cause. I have a calling to share my skills with the most reliant people, and currently the older adult population has won my heart.
