PACE financing is subject to underwriting terms, conditions, fees, and guidelines. A first-priority lien for the total amount financed will be placed on the property as collateral. Payment start date is determined by the date of funding and customarily will appear on the property tax bill following the funding date; however, interest begins to accrue at the time of funding. Length of financing term is dependent on the useful life of the improvement funded.
