Life likes unexpected story.

I’d like to grab any opportunity to try new things. After graduated from university, I worked for a travel agent for two years and the title was the assistant manager when I resigned. I started to work at the agent as the assistant salesperson. As long as the supervisor gave me an opportunity to work for a new department, I always said “yes”. After training in several departments, I was promoted to be assistant management. In this position, I faced many new challenges and worked under great pressures. Anything could happen; such as. The airplane ticket was opened under a wrong name which made our customer wasn’t able to leave as planned. Therefore I had to use another way to deal with this problem. I would never forget all challenged had been through in that two years.

Right now I finished my post graduated diploma in IHTTI School of Hotel Management in Switzerland. During the semester, I wrote the report about the marketing and financial of hotel, and learnt the software of design; such as, Sketch Up and AutoCAD, even the practical service in restaurant. Then I was a rotating trainee in Fassbind Hotels in Switzerland, during working I learnt how they run the hotel and manager. I worked in restaurant, room deliver and laundry departments. After all, I am the person love to try, to do, and to understand.
