The enigmas from everyday life pushes me to think and for me the most interesting economies doesn't happen in arcane formulas but in the real world. I liking trying new things, learn and think from the existed situation which gives me much inspiration and philosophy. I think the things we see is a kind of fake illusion, and I always try to change my perspective to see around and think.

China's great change for recent 30 years is significant and extraordinary, as the generation has been most influenced most, I see how technology and products change people's horizon, I eager to contribute myself into international economies and globalization and I'm happy to find what I like in such a young age. What's more, I like culture very much. One thing I like about globalization is the creation of new culture which pushes me learn everyday because there is too much to learn and this is so interesting and inspiring.

The experience of studying aboard not only gives me the capacity to handle conflict but also helps me view conflict as an opportunity for greater progress. When there is conflict, communication is always the best way and provides us an opportunity to know about each other's culture background which may help us find expected inspiration. During the process of solving problem, we gain inspiration and also collaborative spirit. This is why I enjoy teamwork so much. The ability of a team is always way greater than individual's.
