Hi, I’m Yiming (Frank) Liu. I’m currently a student at Indiana Wesleyan University and work as the Customer Success Manager at an early-stage AI sports coaching startup in Pittsburgh. I earned my master’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. My work focuses on collecting user feedback and insights, building meaningful connections, and turning qualitative information into actionable ideas for cross-functional teams. Outside of work, I enjoy football, snowboarding, golf, motorcycling, reading, and video gaming
