Having worked three years within large corporations, I became fascinated with magic. These brief moments during a day like any other, that sway you from your feet by becoming part of something beyond your own imagination.

What makes me curious is what shapes magic within an organizational setting. A melting point of people, structure and goals. Can the process of collaboration and deliverance go beyond our own individual expectations, the expectations set by the organization, or even shift the way we expect things to happen?

What inspire me on this journey is the creative approach, how inspiration sparks and enables us to create, shape, kill, recreate something we didn't imagine before.

Theory U is another source of inspiration and practice. It provides a new social technology allowing us to tap into different types of intelligence, not just the intelligence of the mind, but also that of the heart and our will.

Being a second-year student at Kaospilot, a transformational leadership school based in Denmark, I would like to use my summer of 2015 to investigate more into this: how can the creative approach and Theory U serve organizations in shaping solutions beyond their own imagination, therefore creating magic-based innovations?

If you know an organization that could be interested in collaborating, or you already hold some secret knowledge about this field, please get in touch with me :)
