An enthusiastic and versatile media professional, with 15 years of experience in all aspects of media production, including television and corporate video direction, editing and project management. Exceptional technical knowledge and problem solving abilities and quick to understand new ideas. Highly motivated and able to work individually or as part of, as well as leading a creative team. An ability to work under pressure and within tight budgets and deadlines, whilst still retaining high production quality at all times. Extensive experience of dealing with clients and maintaining good client relationships. Able to plan and execute a project from initial client brief, through to concept and final production with imagination and creativity. A keen eye for detail and an insistence on high production values at all times. An extensive understanding of all technical aspects of video and web production and therefore able to be ‘hands on’ at all stages of the production process. I am a highly creative person, able to plan, direct and edit a video production with flair and originality. I have a keen understanding of the technical aspects of video production, including differing standards and formats, encoding, broadcast specifications, DVD authoring. Upon leaving university I was employed as a video editor, producing both TV and corporate material. I am highly experienced in the use of Adobe suite of video software, I also have some experience of Final Cut Pro. Over the past 15 years my experience has extended beyond the edit suite and I have directed countless corporate video productions as well. I have also gained extensive experience in the operation of on-location production and camera equipment.
