Strengthsquest Reflection
One of my top strengths was achiever. To me, being an achiever is never settling for anything less than perfect, regardless of what is actually required. I have always been a perfectionist, and I always do my best even if what I am doing does not require my best effort. Being an achiever has positively affected how I approach academics, and furthermore, my results.

Time Management ActivitiesFor this assignment I kept track of how I was spending time throughout my week, and I then created a schedule for my next week. This assignment made me aware of how I was actually spending my time, and showed me how planning can help maximize my time.

My Ohio State TraditionOne of my favorite Ohio State traditions is the drum major. The drum major has been around for over a century and has progressed over these years. The drum major is one of my favorite traditions because of how he gets the crowd excited. My favorite part is when he does a back bend which causes the crowd to erupt.
