Hey there!

Here’s a little background on my coaching education. I received my training through the Coaches Training Institute, which is the largest in-person coach training school in the world and is the only one to have a Co-Active Coaching program. The institute is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and was the first coaching organization to be certified. CTI uses what it calls, a proven whole-life coaching approach to empower people to achieve success and fulfillment in both their work and life.

Now here’s a little background on me. I was born in Tel Aviv, Israel to a family of Colombian and Cuban decent. With a large majority of my family hailing from Bogota, Colombia, I grew up in a diverse community surrounded by many different cultures. I can speak Spanish fluently and even read and write in Hebrew, (working on the speaking part).

I have maintained diversity as a theme in my work as I recently lived in Madrid for a year and worked as a video marketer for a Spanish software consulting company, LeadClic. I was also the company’s English professor. Before that, I was the Head of Company Culture for a 700-person Scottsdale based cloud communications company, Nextiva. I ran all of the company’s events and programs to build and encourage company culture. As a result, Nextiva has been voted one of the best places to work in Arizona for several years now.

I am now back from Madrid and at Nextiva as an Account Relations Executive while I continue to pursue my passion of helping others discover and pursue their passions.

So why should you hire me as your life and career coach?

My greatest joy stems from helping people uncover a clear sense of purpose as well as helping people design their next steps in life to pursue their vision.

If you aren’t certain about where your passion lies or how to achieve your most desired goals, reach out to me for an initial free coaching session!
