Josie Enfield's

Josie is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance, and a certified yoga teacher for kids. She taught at Camp Erutan in California and at various Ventura City schools. Josie brings body alignment, strength and flexibility into her classes. She is very enthusiastic and compassionate, bringing a wealth of creativity into her teaching style. She makes yoga fun, relaxing and refreshing. She encourages her students to open their hearts, quiet their minds, enhance self-esteem.
