Kristina Lanuza is also known as Sumukhi. She founded and leads a highly respected Yoga Teacher Training - Yoga Illumined (www.yogaillumined.com) - which she co-teaches with Zoe Mantarakis.

She is a singer and musician who released Deva in 2011 - a CD of chants, available for download on iTunes, for Yoga and meditation.

Kristina is also a Digital Project Manager, Public Relations specialist and business woman who has co-owned a New York City web design company and Mudita Yoga Center in Kingston, NY.
