I created this blog as a resource for my yoga students, clients, boot campers and other healthy lifestyle enthusiasts to help them navigate through the sea of online information! I know what works, and that’s what I post. No miracle pills, no shortcuts, no diets. From my favorite workouts and yoga poses to power snacks, green juices and home-cooked meals. It is all about creating a healthy lifestyle, implementing changes that will last a lifetime and that will make you feel better, healthier and more energetic every day.

I’m a big foodie, I love to cook, and love coming up with new healthy recipes. Eating healthy does not mean sacrificing flavor, and I share all my recipes here on my blog.
