We have classes in a private club in Regent's Park and Harley St. Yogasphere teachers provide One to One sessions in the comfort of your own home or work, Life Coaching , Yoga at Work and stunning International Yoga & Wellbeing Retreats in Thailand, Vietnam, Bali, Mexico, Costa Rica, Greece, Spain, Italy, Himalayas, Kenya(safari), Moroccoand Maldives.
