I believed so in the benefits of Yoga, that when I retired from the corporate world I gathered together a group of great Yoga teachers and started a Yoga company - The Yoga Teachers' Group, Inc. (YogaTeachersGroup.com). We are community focused Yoga teachers, with certifications to teach multiple levels of Yoga. We provide Yoga instruction in the Chicagoland area, teaching in park districts, senior centers, schools, Community Centers, corporations and local Churches. Our goal, is to get everyone young and old to experience, benefit and enjoy their practice of Yoga.
