Jaina Mistry

Hi, I’m a hatha yoga teacher. I deliver mixed level yoga classes and my classes consist of a warm up, followed by asana (posture practice), breath work, meditation and relaxation.

My meditative yet strengthening style allows students to grow both mentally and physically.
