Reviews

“Neha is a kind person who brings her compassion and passion to teaching yoga. In her friendly and down to earth manner Neha makes her classes accessible to both beginners and those more experienced by walking step by step through each position and offering more challenging variations for those interested. Yoga with Neha is wonderful.” -Rob G.

“Every Wednesday night, my partner and I look forward to Neha's yoga class. Once there, she envelops us in something like a yogic bubble bath. We relax to her soothing voice, positive energy and gentle suggestions and with each posture, we shed a few more worries and aches. On the way out, we may even manage a smile and a bounce in our step. Neha welcomes all students of any age and ability. We are two 67-years olds who are privileged to share in her gentle world for a brief time each week.” -Holly & Dave

"From the moment I walked into my first class with her, Neha has been fantastic as an instructor and person in general. I've felt welcomed, encouraged, and safe to practice yoga how I want to in every one of her classes. Take one of her classes and see for yourself!" -Forrest P.

“Neha's yoga class at the library is amazing. She leads with expertise and compassion, creating a diverse community where we can all fully participate and be included and inspired. As Neha guides us through a session, she seamlessly suggests variations to accommodate those of us who seek a physical challenge, who need moments of rest, and who have physical limitations. We leave each session stronger in body, spirit, and mind.”-Jane

“I have only been to your class once or twice but I enjoyed it tremendously. I went with my daughter and it was a very engaging experience. I want to thank you for continuing to volunteer your knowledge and expertise in yoga.” -Esther B.

"I highly recommend Neha as a yoga teacher. Her classes at the library have been thoughtfully put together so that all levels are welcome and comfortable. Neha creates a warm, calm, supportive environment while still offering practical challenges and options, so students at all levels can build strength, mobility, balance and confidence at their own pace. She is well trained and attentive to personal needs. She gives practical suggestions for positions and equipment to people who have individual challenges. I’ve taken the class for nearly 2 years, and I’ve consistently left class feeling calmer, stretched, and cared for."-Joanie B.
