Paul Yokabitus

My name is Paul Yokabitus and I'm the founding attorney at Cary Estate Planning, an estate planning law firm based in Cary, NC.

I earned my J.D. from Campbell University School of Law, and shortly after moved to Cary with my wife, Alix, to set up my practice focusing on estate planning. Since then, I have made a name for myself and my firm in providing professional estate planning services to my clients while putting a large emphasis on developing strong client-attorney relationships with each of my clients. My team and I believe that clients should have access to a caring attorney that is not going to try and up-sell them or surprise them with hidden fees.
