Job Responsibilities:
Business development through acquiring new clients
Taking down information (e.g. job description, salary range, related benefits and wages for the position, employment conditions – temporary/ part – time/ permanent roles, work location and et cetera) for new job orders on client's vacant positions
Posting of job advertisements on online portalsRecruitment, identification and assessment of suitable candidates for clients
Contacting potential candidates and providing them with relevant information about the positionInterviewing candidates based on clients' requirements
Recommending the most suitable candidates for clients' vacant positions
After offers has been made, information on employment conditions (e.g. salary offered) is provided to the candidate
Negotiating terms and conditions of employment

Good understanding of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations/ Employment Act
Providing advice and information to clients based on MOM regulations/ Employment Act and industry accepted HR practices on personnel related matters and as a basis to resolve any client or candidate disputes or grievances
Client and candidate mediation
Updating candidates' profiles in Company's database
Developing Service Agreements for clients and Employment Contracts for candidates (encompasses wage disbursement information, workplace policies and programs)
Keeping track of clients and personnel records by updating soft copies in company's intranet database system and filing hard copies of the contracts
Able to handle fast-paced and high volume recruitment exercises
