I am an immigrant Finn living in Dallas, Texas over 10 years. My aim is to be strategic and solutions-focused Senior IT Management professional. I have strong history of success aligning technology strategy with business needs to support organizational growth and improve system availability. I have proven track record of balancing resources in complex technology environments and forging cross-disciplinary relationships; diligent and resourceful in uncovering solutions that create immediate impact and sustainable improvements. I can effectively communicate technically complex ideas to non-technical audiences. I also have hard way learned Hands-on leadership experience complemented by strong academic background including Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.

At leisure time I just enjoy house renovation, gym, scuba diving, motor cycling and reading comic books.
